How We Started

One deep love of birria started it all — first in Inman, then across Greenville. The same bold flavors follow us to every table.

The Birria

Everything starts with slow-cooked meat and a consomé our guests have called the best they've ever tasted. The tacos arrive crispy-edged and loaded — the kind of food worth driving across the Upstate for.
